I suggest downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer's support website to ensure that it's completely compatible with the device and the latest version of Windows If you haven't tried this procedure yet, you can refer to Andre Da Costa 's forum article for the steps on how to manually update drivers in Windows Follow the steps under the section: How to find and download drivers from the manufacturer's website.

After the restart, your computer will install the default keyboard and trackpad drivers automatically. Your keyboard should work now. If you are still facing the problem, try out the next method. Find the driver for your keyboard, download it locally on your PC. Now, you can install it as you do any other driver. After updating the driver, restart your computer.
